You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. Not to worry though, this is usually way quicker than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
To start your return please fill out our Returns Form to get a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). This will enable us to process your return once it arrives with us. This is the first step and needs to be completed before proceeding.
The return cost is at your own expense but for our customers based in Australia we recommend using the ReBOUND return service for a more affordable, fully tracked option.
If you return with ReBOUND, you will be able to pay for your return postage online, print out your local return label and ReBOUND will keep you informed on your parcels return journey: ReBOUND returns If you use Rebound to generate your prepaid label there is no need for you to enclose any paperwork as the label will have your order details.

Upon inspection of the returned product, Webtogs will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Webtogs reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
