Check your estimated delivery date
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an Order Confirmation email where you will find your estimated delivery date. You can also check your orders by clicking ‘My Orders’ in ‘My Account’.
Please remember that your date is an estimate, your order may arrive slightly before, on or after. To check the progress of your order, you can ‘track your order’.
Track your order
Track the journey of your parcel by logging into ‘My Account’ and selecting the order you want to track. You can also click the ‘Track Your Order’ button on your dispatch email which is sent out separately from your confirmation email.
I'm still waiting for my order
Has your order still not arrived? Rest assured we are working hard to get your parcel to your front door as soon as possible. Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered, especially during busy times. Keep an eye on your tracking link for your latest updates.
Information regarding our deliveries
Please be aware that your parcel may be delayed as one or more of your items may not be available for immediate despatch. Items can be ordered separately if you would like faster delivery.
We operate from a UK-based and European warehouse. Some items in your basket may be despatched from our other warehouse. We always aim to despatch these items at the same time as the rest of your order, this will result in your order being split into separate parcels. If you have selected next day delivery at checkout, we can’t guarantee all your items will arrive the next day, as some of your parcel items may be travelling to you from our warehouse overseas and the rest from the UK.
Due to the ongoing Rail Mail strikes, there may be a delay to your Webtogs delivery. You can view the ongoing situation by visiting the Royal Mail website. If it has been 2-3 days since your expected delivery date, you can speak to our Customer Experience team via the help tab at the bottom right of the screen.
