UK Delivery Options

We strive to make the delivery process easy, which is why we offer a range of delivery methods that can be selected at the checkout. We offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £50 and free UK next working day delivery on orders over £150.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order is on the way.  A working day is classified as Monday – Friday and Bank Holidays are not considered a working day. 

Any orders not going to mainland UK will be unavailable for next day delivery, a suitable courier will be chosen for these orders, for further information on this please reach out to our customer experience team.

Webtogs reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Webtogs does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Webtogs is responsible for the error.

Please note that due to the distance, we are unable to offer some delivery options to some areas within the UK. Courier services to the areas listed below will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).
