If you missed your delivery, you will need to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery. All you need is your tracking number, which you can schedule redelivery at your convenience.
If DPD was your chosen service, you can reschedule a delivery through their website or the DPD app.
If you have missed a Royal Mail delivery, your parcel will be diverted to a local Post Office and a note will be left. You can arrange your redelivery through Royal Mail or collect the parcel directly from the Post Office or Post Office Depot.
