What to do if your parcel has already been dispatched:
- If you have incorrectly entered the wrong address, you will receive an automatic refund once the courier returns the parcel back to the warehouse.
- If you no longer want the item, please return to the warehouse for a refund.
- If you have accidently ordered the incorrect size or colour, we recommend reordering and returning the unwanted items.
